NEW YORK, NY – The ex-girlfriend and mother of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s child, Sara Molina, is speaking out about the sentencing that took place at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse in New York City on Wednesday morning (December 18).All the journalists in attendance were kept on their toes looking for live updates as they happened.

Although even that seemed like he was getting off easy, a new revelation from his lawyer points to the artist getting out even sooner than originally anticipated. People associated with the snitch rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s was disappointed he was not getting out much soon. His Lawyer said he was expecting time served.

"Daniel will have to serve another 7 months and 12 days because the time he’s already served will count towards his sentence. The best thing to come out of today was closure, he knows he’ll be home in July and then he can focus on rebuilding his career and relationships."

In total the colorful hair rapper got two years in prison with five years supervised release, 300 hours of community service and a $35,000 fine for the crimes he committed with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang. With time served, he only has 11 months left on his sentence.

After hearing the sentence his ex girl had this to say about Daniel

“It don’t make a difference to me or my daughter if he was here today, gone tomorrow,” she said regarding the sentencing. “Here today, gone tomorrow. He was never really present, still isn’t.”

She was asked about his sentencing - “No, because my life goes the fuck on. My life don’t stop for nobody. At the end of the day, I still got a daughter that I take care of by myself. I still need to do things that I need to do.”
