While no one is born hating may have a lot of truth to that reason being most things you hate is based on what you learn to hate. Hate is considered a taught behavior.   

In the English dictionary the word hating is defined as to dislike intensely someone or something with a passion very strongly.  To feel hate for something or someone unpleasant 

Humans can hate on you in different ways like by critiquing you, insult or even through acts of violence

The ultimate question people ask them self is: Why are you hating on me?
