Like you I'm confused by this look by Asap Rocky. But had to give him the benefit of the doubt maybe he was going scuba diving or a professional cyclist in his down time. He definitely not repping Harlem with this style. I have a gigantic doubt that this style or look will ever catch on in Harlem or any urban city in the U.S. .
